NIXATV provides internet-based television access including live channels and on-demand libraries as described on our channels and NIXATV pricingpages. Features may evolve over time and typically include 35,000+ live channels, 150,000+ movies & series, EPG, catch-up, and multi-device streaming.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting login credentials. Sharing beyond your purchased device limit, reselling without authorization, or abusive use of support channels is prohibited. Reseller applicants must follow the NIXATV reseller program process.

4. Orders, billing, and renewals

Fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout on serviceorderdesk.com. Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen duration unless stated otherwise. See the Refund Policy for eligibility.

5. Trials

Free trials, when offered via the NIXATV free trial page or Telegram, are limited-time evaluations and may be refused in cases of abuse.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Internet quality on your side affects playback. Device compatibility is listed on devices.

7. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIXATV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or service.
